At THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF STRIDES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
